During our Easter getaway, we chose to stay at a hotel that seemed to have fantastic reviews online. It had a great location near several key attractions. We were impressed when we saw the new rooms and the comfortable beds which were fairly comfortable. We also enjoyed the occasional stunning views from the window.
Despite the positive comments, there were a few downsides. The hotel staff were not very friendly and seemed to lack enthusiasm for their job.

the rooms seemed well-maintained and the sleeping arrangements provided some comfort. One of the pleasant view we received was from our room’s window. Although the washroom had low water pressure, the hot water supply seemed to be working okay.
The lack of staff politeness could've made the experience better.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Parking was ample and convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also served and it was the highlight of my day.

The rooms were new and the beds were comfortable enough. the location was good, with easy access to key attractions and great views of the surrounding area. It was nice to have parking available on site.
The overall experience was not great. the price paid for one night was much higher than the typical B&B in the USA.
